Cannon Films liked the script from Rambo 2, but hated the budget so they passed and then decided to make their own version! Chuck Norris has to head back into Vietnam, beard first, to take out bad guys and bring his fellow Americans home. Featuring a smack-talking performance from James Hong and some insane stunts, but is that enough to make this a bad movie that rules?
