Pleeeese Halp - I used to be so lukewarm on the Fifth Element. Even though I was a big fan of Bruce Willis, at the time this came out I didn't think much of it. It was okay, but I never thought it was worth revisiting. After coming back to it at the suggestion of our first-time guest, Jesse Hurst - I have now fallen in love with this movie. This is almost exclusively due to a newfound appreciation for Milla Jovovich and her performance in this film, along with the undeniable chemistry between her and Bruce. We were joined by my long-time friend and collaborator but also first-time guest Nicole Frier and one of our regulars, the Nebraskan himself, Brady Cox. Some movies that you may have felt one way about, might be worth a second look. I truly believe that certain movies hit differently depending on where we are in life when we encounter them.
